My name is Michael Dreher, owner of Dreher Mobile Closing, LLC, and a commissioned Indiana Notary Public based in Terre Haute, IN (Commission #452405, exp. 05/31/2026). I have worked in the mortgage and closing industry since 1997, including more than 20 years as a mortgage originator and many years as a mobile closer.

I am thoroughly familiar with all major loan products—conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, construction, reverse mortgages, and debt consolidation loans—and the full range of closing documents and their purpose. My background as a title company processor/closer gives me a strong understanding of title processing and the details that help prevent errors before they reach the closing table.
