Michael Durichek

My name is Michael Durichek, and I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and trained Notary Signing Agent serving Panama City and the greater Bay County, FL area. I focus on accuracy, professionalism, and timely execution, providing dependable loan signing services for title companies, signing services, and lenders. Every document I handle is carefully signed, notarized, and returned on schedule.

With over 15 years of experience in financial systems and compliance, I bring a strong foundation to handling sensitive loan documents and following lender and title instructions precisely. I am skilled in managing high-volume workflows, performing detailed document reviews, and maintaining secure handling of borrower information.

I bring the precision of a business systems analyst to each signing—double-checking every signature, initial, and date to help prevent funding delays and support full compliance. I use a laser printer, fax, email, and reliable internet to ensure smooth, efficient signings and a positive experience for both borrowers and clients.
