My name is Michael Griswold, and I am a North Carolina Notary Public based in Holly Ridge, NC (Commission #20041750070, exp. 09/01/2024). As a Realtor with Sold Buy The Sea Realty, I handle all facets of real estate closings and refinances and regularly work with attorneys, banks, and notary closing offices across the country.

I am also experienced in title work and a wide range of professional documents, and I bring a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to every signing. I am a people person and work well with all types of clients, taking the time to review documents and answer questions to help make the process less stressful.
