Michael Team

My name is Michael Team, and I own Team Notary Services in Des Moines, Iowa. As a commissioned Iowa notary (Commission #828849), I bring a strong financial and analytical background to every signing. I hold double bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance, so I’m comfortable with the concepts behind real estate finance and other complex financial documents.

My time in the military and as a financial auditor in public accounting has trained me to be detail-oriented, disciplined, and accountable. I take pride in catching errors early and correcting them immediately, helping ensure a smooth and accurate signing experience.

Previously working as a client service associate in the financial services industry, I learned how to support clients with empathy and professionalism, even under tight deadlines. I’m equipped with a laser printer, internet, fax, and email capabilities to handle your documents efficiently and reliably.
