Michele Guerin

My name is Michele Guerin, sole proprietor of The Notarista, a mobile notary service based in Media, PA. I am a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public (Commission #1332364, exp. 6/13/2026), fully bonded and insured for $250,000, and a proud member of the National Notary Association.

I provide mobile general notary work and loan signing services throughout Delaware and Chester counties, and also serve Lower Bucks and parts of Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. My experience covers a wide range of real estate and lending transactions, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, loan applications, debt resolutions, deed packages, and structured settlements. I also assist with powers of attorney, living trusts, last wills and testaments, and other miscellaneous notarizations.

I am available days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and I leverage secure technology and a laser printer to support efficient, accurate signings, including hospital signings and e-sign related appointments.
