Michele Sciortino

I’m Michele Sciortino, owner of Florida Preferred Notary LLC and a Professional Loan Signing Agent based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Since 2017, my husband and business partner, Anthony, and I have successfully completed more than 10,000 signing transactions throughout Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. As a commissioned Florida notary (License HH564665, exp. 07/13/2028), I focus on accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth experience for everyone involved.

I understand that errors in a closing package can delay funding, jeopardize a rate lock, and frustrate borrowers, loan officers, and realtors. That’s why I carefully review every document, use a professional scanner at each appointment for timely funding approval, and leverage tools such as a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure email and internet access to keep your transactions on track.

Whether you need a standard loan closing, e-sign support, or hospital signing, I’m committed to being a reliable extension of your team for all your South Florida closings.
