My name is Nancy Cancino, and I am a bilingual Notary Public and certified Notary Signing Agent based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am commissioned in Nevada (Commission #21-3135-01, exp. 10/14/2025) and background screened and certified through the National Notary Association. As the owner of Nancy the Travel Notary, LLC, I focus on providing accurate, efficient, and friendly mobile notary services.

I bring extensive training and a strong customer service background to every appointment and stay active in the profession through the National Notary Association, the California League of Independent Notaries, the Loan Signing System (LSS) Mentorship and Business Coaching group, and Notary Business Builders (NBB). I carry a mobile scanner, use a laser printer, and maintain reliable internet and hotspot access to support time-sensitive signings, including loan packages, hospital and jail signings, and wedding-related notarizations.

I am a full-time notary, available daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility for after-hours appointments when needed.
