I’m Nancy Martinez, owner of A1 Mobile Notary Service, proudly serving Abilene and the Taylor/Jones County area in Texas for over 12 years. As a Texas commissioned notary (commission #0823570-5, exp. 01/27/2029), I focus on providing accurate, efficient, and convenient mobile notary services.

I am experienced with a wide range of real estate and loan documents, including purchase/seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. I accept e-docs and utilize a laser printer for clear, professional document output. For equity signings, I have access to both a local law office and a title company office to help ensure a smooth and compliant closing environment.

I am an NNA Certified Mobile Signing Agent with a current NNA background check and can also accommodate hospital signings when needed.
