Nancy Sanchez

My name is Nancy Sanchez, and I am a Texas commissioned notary and certified signing agent based in Kyle, TX. Through my company, Nancy's Notary Services LLC, I provide professional, detail-oriented mobile and remote online notarization (RON) services to clients throughout the area.

I bring over four years of experience in real estate closings, including buyers, sellers, refinances, cash-outs, HELOCs, reverse mortgage applications, and reverse mortgages. I am NNA, Notary2Pro, and Loan Signing System certified, and I conduct cash-out closings in Hays, Travis, and Comal counties. I am fluent in both English and Spanish to better serve a wider range of clients.

To help ensure smooth, efficient signings, I use a mobile scanner and laser printer so documents can be returned quickly and accurately. I am also equipped for hospital and jail signings, and can provide secure e-sign and RON-capable services when permitted.
