Nancy Schrecongost

My name is Nancy Schrecongost, and I am a Florida Notary Public based in Palm Coast, FL (Commission HH 441671, exp. 11/7/2027). I bring nearly 17 years of notary experience, 10 years as a paralegal, and 8 years as a Realtor, along with over two decades as a self-employed business owner. This background gives me a strong command of legal and real estate documents and a calm, professional approach to every signing.

I handle a wide range of work, including commercial loans; home purchases and sales (with extensive experience in new construction, builders, and Realtors); reverse mortgages, loan modifications, refinances, and government-backed loans (VA, FHA, USDA); as well as POAs, financial transactions, trusts, wills, and general notary work. I serve clients throughout Flagler, St. John’s, Putnam, and northern Volusia Counties.

Capabilities:

• Certified signing services with 24-hour availability and hospital signings
• Secure e-sign support, email and internet-based document handling
• Laser printing and mobile hotspot for efficient, on-the-go signings

I take pride in meticulous attention to detail and providing courteous, confidential service. I truly love what I do and look forward to representing you and your company with the highest level of professionalism.
