Nancy Tcherneshoff - OS National, LLC

I am Nancy Tcherneshoff, a notary professional with OS National, LLC, based in Duluth, Georgia. My work focuses on helping clients move through real estate and title-related transactions with clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.

I support Remote Online Notary Services as part of title closing workflows, along with title services, escrow and closing services, settlement services, and corporate notary contract work. My background includes credentials as an Arizona Notary Public Commission holder and Certified Signing Agent, giving me experience with the documents and coordination often involved in real estate closings.

I aim to make each signing experience efficient, organized, and approachable, whether the transaction involves remote notarization, settlement support, or closing-related notary needs.
