My name is Nelida Agosto-Delfi, and I am a Florida commissioned Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent based in Kissimmee, FL. Through training with the NNA, Loan Signing System, and Notary2Pro, I provide accurate, reliable, and detail-focused mobile loan signing services throughout Osceola, Orange, and Polk counties.

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to clearly guide a wider range of signers through their documents. I have experience with refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, quit claim deeds, and more. I understand how critical it is not to miss any signatures, initials, or notary stamps, and I carefully review every package before completion.

I am available Monday through Sunday and pride myself on professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication. My goal is to make every signing smooth, efficient, and stress-free for all parties involved.
