Nicole Howell

I’m Nicole Howell, a Cedar Rapids, IA notary and real estate professional with Realty87 / Jeremy Trenkamp Real Estate Team. My background in real estate helps me bring a practical, detail-focused approach to notary work, especially when documents are connected to property transactions and lending.

I assist with notary needs involving real estate documents, refinances, purchases, and HELOC paperwork, as well as retail notary services. I understand how important accuracy, clear communication, and a professional signing experience are when handling time-sensitive documents.

Clients can expect friendly, organized support and careful attention throughout the notary process. Whether I’m helping with a real estate-related signing or a general notary request, I aim to make each appointment straightforward and dependable.
