Hi, I’m Noel Bowen, founder of Seal it Now, a mobile notary and certified loan signing service based in Grand Praire, TX. I have held my Texas Notary Commission since 2020, with my current commission active through May 28, 2028.

I bring more than 20 years of financial services experience to every appointment, including work in credit card operations, auto finance, mortgage servicing, lending, compliance, and customer service. My goal is to make each signing accurate, efficient, confidential, and stress-free.

I assist with general notarization, real estate loan signings, e-sign support, fingerprinting, weddings, hospital signings, jail signings, and mobile appointments throughout the DFW area, including Tarrant, Dallas, Johnson, and surrounding counties. I’m also NNA certified and background screened, with $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance.
