Nompumelelo Faith Nyandu

I’m Mpume Nyandu, owner and founder of Swift Notary Closings in Altadena, CA. I am a licensed, bonded, and insured California Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, and I provide professional mobile notary support for clients who need reliable service at a convenient location.

My notary work includes same-day mobile appointments when available, general notarizations, acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, contracts, deeds, powers of attorney, estate plan and living trust notarizations, and real estate, loan, and trust document signings. I also offer document courier and delivery service to help keep important paperwork moving efficiently.

In addition to my notary and signing services, I am a HUD-certified Housing Counselor, which gives me added familiarity with housing-related documents and client needs. I aim to make each appointment clear, organized, and professional from start to finish.
