Norm Gavlick

I’m Norm Gavlick of Gavco Notary Services, a commissioned Pennsylvania notary public based in Kingston, PA, near Forty Fort. I provide professional, friendly notary support for individuals, families, and businesses who need documents handled carefully and efficiently.

As a certified signing agent and PennDOT full agent, I can assist with a wide range of notary and vehicle-related needs, including tag and title work, mortgage signings, powers of attorney, wills, and other full-service notary requests. I offer both retail and mobile notary service options, making it easier to complete important paperwork at a convenient location.

My goal is to make each appointment clear, organized, and respectful of your time while helping ensure your documents are properly notarized.
