Orzala Omar

I am Orzala Omar, a California-licensed notary based in Laguna Niguel, California, with a commission active through March 21, 2030. I am an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent and mobile signing specialist, providing calm, precise, and secure notarizations at a location convenient for you.

I assist with loan closings, affidavits, business forms and contracts, garnishment or levy paperwork, living trusts, powers of attorney, parental consent for travel, bill of sale or car title documents, and apostille-related needs. I am available for mobile appointments within a 50-mile travel range, including evenings, weekends, and 24/7 availability when scheduling allows.

I focus on clear communication, strict compliance, reliable on-time service, and careful recordkeeping through a detailed notary journal. I also offer Spanish and American Sign Language support, and can provide e-signing or remote online notarization when allowed.
