Pam Kingman

I’m Pam Kingman with the Town of New Haven in New Haven, VT. Through the New Haven Town Clerk’s Office, I offer free notary service as part of my work supporting residents and local records needs. My role is centered on providing helpful, professional service for people who need documents notarized or assistance connected with town clerk records and vital records.

I understand that notary needs often come up alongside important personal, civic, or administrative matters, so I aim to make the process approachable and efficient. Whether you are visiting the Town Clerk’s Office for notary service, town records, or vital records support, I provide a friendly point of contact for the community.
