Pamela Bates

I’m Pamela Bates, a Hingham, MA-based Realtor and notary public with Coldwell Banker Realty. I serve clients throughout Boston’s South Shore communities, including Norwell, with a professional, friendly approach and attention to detail.

My notary work includes support for real estate-related documents, where accuracy, clear communication, and timely service are especially important. Whether you need notarization connected to a property transaction or other notarial assistance, I aim to make the process straightforward and dependable.

As both a Realtor and notary public, I understand the importance of handling documents carefully and helping clients feel prepared at each step.
