PATRICIA QUILES

My name is PATRICIA QUILES, and I am an NNA-Certified Signing Agent and Florida RON-Certified Notary based in Homestead, Florida. Commissioned as a Notary Public since 2017, I have completed more than 2,600 loan closings across Southern Miami-Dade and Southern Monroe Counties, both in person and online. My experience includes Purchases (buyer and seller), Refinances, HELOCs, Loan Modifications, and a variety of other loan products.

Over the years, I have developed a strong understanding of loan documents, lender requirements, and the importance of accuracy and compliance at every step. I am fluent in Spanish and provide remote online notarization through platforms including Nexsys Clear Sign and Notarize.

I focus on clear communication, flexibility, and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for borrowers, title companies, and lenders. Every signing is handled with precision, confidentiality, and a client-focused approach.
