My name is Patricia Rowan, and I am an experienced Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent based in Crosby, Texas. With over six years of notary and loan signing experience and a strong background in the mortgage industry, I understand the full loan cycle from origination through funding. I’ve worked as a Loan Processor, Underwriter, and in Secondary Marketing for a national wholesale lender, giving me in-depth knowledge of investor guidelines, rate sheets, and loan sale processes.
