Patrick Ard

My name is Patrick Ard, and I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, serving clients in and around Boardman, Ohio. I hold an active Ohio notary commission (No. 2023-RE-863523, exp. 05/07/2028) and am authorized by the Ohio Secretary of State to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON). I previously worked as a loan signing agent 15 years ago and recently returned to this work to supplement my income.

Throughout my career as a Certified Safety Professional, I have negotiated and executed thousands of contracts, giving me a strong eye for detail and accuracy. My wife and I have purchased two homes ourselves, so I understand the stress and anxiety that can come with the process. I strive to ensure every signer is treated with dignity and respect while being guided clearly and calmly through their documents.

Capabilities:

• 24-hour mobile service, including hospital signings
