Patrick J Coughlin

My name is Patrick J. Coughlin, and I am a seasoned, personable business professional and commissioned Notary Public based in Scottsdale, Arizona. My background includes owning restaurants and manufacturing companies, serving as a financial advisor in Los Angeles for major corporate and personal clients, and working as a real estate broker for 25 years in Santa Fe and Corrales, New Mexico. I have been involved in virtually all aspects of the real estate industry, from traditional brokerage to full-scale property development.

I am very familiar with all aspects of the notarization process and provide services to banks, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and individuals. I offer flexible hours and am generally available days and evenings, seven days a week. Although my office is in Scottsdale, I travel throughout the greater Phoenix metro area. I maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and pride myself on being reliable, prompt, and thorough from preparation through follow-through, ensuring your clients receive a professional experience that reflects positively on you.
