Rachelle Mittelstet

My name is Rachelle Mittelstet, and I am a full-time mobile Notary Signing Agent based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have been a professional signing agent since 2011 and hold an active Oklahoma notary commission (ID 24005706, exp. 4/29/2028). I am a certified signing agent and certified trust delivery signing agent with a clear background check, and I am a proud member of the National Notary Association, Texas Notary Professionals, and the American Association of Notaries.

With over a decade in the mortgage industry and more than 3,000 successful signings completed, I am experienced with purchase signings, refinances, loan modifications, seller packages, reverse mortgages, construction loans, and attorney documents. I am fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) and work with a fully equipped mobile office, including a dual-tray laser printer, scanner, and mobile hotspot for fast, accurate document handling.

I offer flexible, 24-hour mobile service, including hospital and jail signings, and I look forward to assisting with your real estate and legal document needs.
