Rafael Santiago

My name is Rafael Santiago, and I am a certified Notary Signing Agent based in Hellertown, Pennsylvania. I hold an active Pennsylvania notary commission (No. 1256067, exp. 03/04/2028) and have approximately six months of hands-on experience handling a variety of signing appointments.

Before becoming a notary, I proudly served over 20 years in the military, where I developed a strong foundation of integrity, attention to detail, professionalism, and a deep commitment to service. These qualities guide every signing I complete and help ensure that documents are executed accurately, securely, and on time.

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate clearly with a broader range of clients and help them feel informed and at ease throughout the process. I am available for signings in Hellertown, Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton, and surrounding areas, and I look forward to serving each client with respect, clarity, and efficiency.
