Raymond Joseph Plummer

My name is Raymond Joseph Plummer, and I am a commissioned California Notary Public based in Carson, CA. Through my company, RJP Enterprises LLC, I provide professional, reliable mobile notary services with a special focus on clients in hospitals, care centers, and similar facilities.

I am fully equipped to perform on-site notarizations using comprehensive PPE, including an enclosed cloth suit, goggles, N95 mask, face shield, and gloves. Your safety and privacy are my top priorities, and I take every precaution to help protect vulnerable signers and facility staff during each visit.

For appointments requiring travel of more than 100 miles each way, I request mileage reimbursement and, when necessary, hotel accommodations, along with reimbursement of PPE-related costs (such as shields, masks, and gloves). I look forward to assisting you with your important documents in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner.
