Rebecca Vennesland

My name is Rebecca Vennesland, and I am a commissioned Michigan Notary based in Birch Run, MI (commission valid through 2030). I bring an extensive mortgage background to every appointment, including 23.5 years as a loan officer, 5 years as a branch manager, and 12 years as a mortgage loan processor.

For the past 14 years, I have served as a Notary Signing Agent and have successfully completed more than 9,000 mortgage loan signings. This depth of experience allows me to guide borrowers smoothly through their documents, help prevent errors, and ensure each signing is handled with professionalism and care.

I offer mobile notary services and am committed to punctuality, accuracy, and clear communication. I always strive for 100% client satisfaction and work hard to provide a reliable, stress-free signing experience for every borrower and hiring partner.
