My name is Renee Colangelo, and I am a commissioned Notary Public and certified Loan Signing Agent based in DeLand, Florida, serving Volusia, Seminole, and Flagler Counties. After a 22-year career in the travel industry, I transitioned into notary work in October 2020 to continue doing what I love most—helping people. I am certified in specialty notary work and loan signings through both the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System, and I undergo an annual background check.

I have extensive training and experience with Seller, Buyer/Purchase, Refinance, HELOC, Reverse Mortgage, and Loan Modification signings, and I participate in weekly continuing education to stay current on all notary practices.
