Renee Laitinen

I’m Renee Laitinen, a full-time California Notary and certified signing agent with Antelope Valley Notary and Doc Signing, based in Palmdale, CA. Loan documents are my primary focus, and I stay fully educated and current on all California notary requirements. Over the course of more than 3,500 signings, I’ve handled a wide range of loans, including refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and new home loans for major lenders such as Chase, Wells Fargo, Countrywide, and others. I am also ESIGN certified with AMTrust.

I understand the importance of professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication with both your team and your borrowers. I’m comfortable with last-minute and end-of-month signings, and I work well with demanding loan officers and escrow officers.
