My name is Rhonda Meadors, owner of Red Rover Mobile Notary Services, LLC, and a New Mexico Notary Public and NNA Certified Signing Agent since 2011. Based in Belen, NM, I serve clients throughout Valencia and Bernalillo Counties, as well as parts of Cibola, Torrance, Sandoval, Socorro, and Santa Fe Counties, with additional travel available depending on my schedule.
