My name is Richard Yearwood, owner of Y Mobile Notary, LLC and a certified Notary Signing Agent serving Charlotte, Concord, North Carolina and surrounding counties. I have extensive experience presenting a wide range of loan documents, including refinance, reverse mortgage, VA loans, HELOCs, loan modifications, buyer/seller purchase packages, and applications. I am known for arriving on time, providing borrowers with a clear and detailed overview of their documents, performing thorough quality checks, and ensuring prompt return of completed packages to originators.

I am trained and certified through the NNA, Loan Signing Systems, and Pavaso, with annual background screening and E&O coverage. To better serve clients, I offer 24-hour mobile service with support for e-signings, hospital and jail signings, and have the technology needed for secure, efficient document handling.
