Rita Montgomery

My name is Rita Montgomery, and I bring over 35 years of experience in real estate transactions to every signing I handle. Based in Southaven, Mississippi, I hold dual notary commissions in both Mississippi and Tennessee, giving me the flexibility to support clients on both sides of the state line.

I regularly serve DeSoto, Marshall, Tate, Panola, and Benton Counties in Mississippi, as well as Shelby and Fayette Counties in Tennessee. Over the decades, I have worked with a wide range of real estate documents and situations, and there is very little I have not seen in this business.

Capabilities:

• Certified Signing Agent (CSA) experienced with complex real estate signings
• Reliable access to fax, email, and internet for fast document handling
• Laser printer for clear, professional document preparation
