Rita Ramos

My name is Rita Ramos, owner of Here For You Notary, LLC, and I proudly serve clients in and around Valparaiso, Indiana. I have been a Notary Loan Signing Agent for over three years and hold multiple active Indiana commissions, including traditional notary public and remote online notary credentials. With extensive experience handling a wide range of loan documents, I am comfortable guiding signers through virtually any type of real estate or loan signing.

I am committed to accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication, and my consistently high ratings on multiple signing platforms reflect that dedication. I use modern tools such as a laser printer, mobile hotspot, EscrowTab (IPEN), and full RON capabilities to ensure smooth, efficient signings.

Key services include:

• Loan signings and general notary work (in person and remote)
• Hospital and jail signings when clients cannot travel
• Flexible scheduling, including 24-hour service when available
