Robert Boersma III

My name is Robert Boersma III, a commissioned Notary Public in California through June 2028, proudly serving clients in and around Lakeside, CA. When you hire me for your signing, you can count on a smooth, professional, and borrower-friendly experience from start to finish. I am both NNA and LSS certified, and I understand the importance of accuracy, communication, and timeliness in every transaction.

I am highly detail oriented and carefully review each document to ensure all signatures, dates, and initials are complete and correct. I triple-check critical forms such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003, and if a rare error occurs, I make it my top priority to correct it immediately. I return documents promptly after each signing, leveraging my knowledge of local FedEx drop-off times and keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
