Robert D Coates

My name is Robert D. Coates, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in Arkansas through 2029, proudly serving clients within about an hour of Little Rock from my base in North Little Rock, AR. Through my company, Innovative Diversified Sol LLC, I focus on delivering accurate, efficient, and professional notary services tailored to the needs of borrowers, lenders, title companies, and real estate professionals.

I am experienced with a wide range of real estate and loan documents, including refinance, purchase, seller, reverse mortgage and reverse mortgage applications, out-of-state loans, and home equity lines of credit.
