Robin Santora

I'm Robin Santora, Village Clerk with the Village of West Hampton Dunes, providing public notary services through the Village office in Westhampton Beach, NY.

My role is centered on serving residents, property owners, local businesses, and visitors who need a dependable notary in a professional municipal setting. I help with public notary needs in a straightforward, courteous manner, with attention to accuracy, proper identification, and clear record handling.

Through the Village office, I support everyday notarial requests and public-facing service needs, including assistance connected with local retail or business matters when notarization is required. I aim to make each appointment respectful, efficient, and easy to understand while maintaining the standards expected from a village office.
