RONY JEAN BAPTISTE

My name is Rony Jean Baptiste, and I am the owner of Trust Multi Services & Tax Services in Fort Myers, Florida. As a Florida commissioned notary and real estate agent with over 10 years of experience, I have helped many families purchase homes and land while ensuring their documents are handled accurately and professionally.

In our office, we are detail-oriented and carefully review every document to confirm all signatures, dates, initials, and forms are properly completed. Critical documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 receive extra scrutiny, and on the rare occasion a human error occurs, we work quickly to correct it. We ship documents in person, obtain receipts, track packages immediately, and follow all escrow and lender instructions, including personalized packaging when requested.

We have several signing agents available around the clock for nights, weekends, hospital and jail signings, and more, always focused on providing borrowers with an exceptional experience.
