Roseann Mignogna

My name is Roseann Mignogna, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commission #1269724, exp. 05/21/2028), based in Conshohocken, PA. I have been a notary since 2012 and a certified signing agent since 2018, proudly serving clients throughout Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. I am NNA certified annually and completed the Loan Signing System certification with Mark Wills in 2020.

With six years of dedicated signing experience, I focus on creating a smooth, efficient, and positive closing experience. I carefully review all documents and instructions in advance, verify whether funds are due or proceeds are owed, and ensure all pages are printed correctly. At the table, I guide borrowers through each document, confirm all signatures and dates, and double-check everything before leaving. If an error ever occurs, I correct it immediately.
