My name is Roseanne Angeloro, and I am a seasoned New York Notary Public and NNA Certified Signing Agent based in Mount Kisco, NY (Commission #01AN0000767, exp. 2/6/2027). I bring extensive experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, including three years as a bank attorney paralegal and an AAS in Paralegal Studies. I have been a full-time signing agent since 2017 and part-time since 2005, and I am Fidelity approved.

I handle a wide range of real estate and loan signings, including HELOCs, refinances, CEMs, buyer/seller packages, FHA and VA loans, and commercial/investment properties. I also provide bank-side full closing services. I cover all of Westchester County as well as lower Rockland and lower Putnam counties.

I am available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with Sundays and after-hours appointments negotiable. I am always professional, prepared, punctual, and do my best to accommodate last-minute closings.
