Roxann Rickey

My name is Roxann Rickey, and I am a certified NNA Signing Agent and commissioned notary based in Bethany, Missouri. I hold active notary commissions in both Missouri (through 11/03/2027) and Iowa (through 10/06/2024). With more than 20 years in the real estate industry and over a decade of loan signing experience, I am highly familiar with a wide range of real estate and loan documents and their implications for borrowers, sellers, and lenders.

Drawing on my extensive title and abstracting background, I provide accurate, efficient, and professional mobile notary and signing services throughout Northwestern Missouri. I am also competent in Russian, allowing me to better assist Russian-speaking clients.

• Certified Signing Agent (CSA) with experience in hospital and jail signings
