Ruby Nana Adjoa Morrison

My name is Ruby Nana Adjoa Morrison, and I am a certified Notary Signing Agent with House Pilot LLC, serving clients in and around Watertown, NY. Commissioned in Connecticut through 2029, I focus on providing professional, accurate, and efficient loan signing services for lenders, title companies, and borrowers.

With a background as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Civil Engineer, I bring a strong understanding of real estate transactions and the full loan signing process, from preparation to completion. As a homeowner who has personally gone through a HELOC, I know how stressful these transactions can feel, and I work hard to make each signing clear, organized, and stress-free.

I have completed extensive training in loan signing procedures, ethics, and industry best practices, and I am fluent in French. I am detail-oriented, communicative, and dedicated to ensuring every document is executed correctly and every client feels informed and supported.
