Sandra Leggett

My name is Sandra Leggett, and I am a commissioned Notary Public serving Moreno Valley, California and the surrounding areas. I bring over 27 years of experience in public trust positions with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where I underwent extensive background checks every five years and gained deep familiarity with a wide range of legal and financial documents.

Throughout my career, I have reviewed numerous loan packages and legal documents and have been trained to recognize fraudulent or suspicious paperwork. As a mobile notary, I provide professional, reliable, and punctual service wherever it is needed, including homes, offices, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.

I offer both general and specialized notarial services and take pride in being attentive, trustworthy, and respectful of your time and privacy.
