My name is Scot King, and I am a Maryland commissioned Notary Public based in Baltimore (commission exp. 7/20/2028). I have worked in the mortgage industry since 2002 as a mortgage broker, giving me a deep understanding of loan documents and the closing process. I first became a notary in California, where I conducted dozens of purchase and refinance loan signings, and I now bring that experience to clients throughout the Baltimore area.

Since moving to Maryland in 2021 and receiving my commission in July 2024, I have completed over 70 local signings for major lenders, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Homebridge, PenFed Credit Union, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Mr. Cooper. I was trained through the NNA, have passed a full background screening, and carry E&O insurance.
