Seben Griffin III

I’m Seben Griffin III, a Virginia Beach, VA notary and notary trainer with hands-on mobile notary business experience and thousands of completed assignments. Through Griffin Notary Services LLC, I provide professional, reliable notarial support with a focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and a smooth signing experience.

My work includes mobile notary appointments, loan signings, power of attorney documents, and mortgage documents. I also offer notary training, drawing from practical field experience to help others understand the standards and workflow of notarial work.

Whether I’m meeting clients for a mobile appointment or supporting important real estate and legal-related documents, I aim to make the process efficient, respectful, and well organized from start to finish.
