My name is Selbert T. Foster, and I am a full-time Notary Signing Agent and owner of Beacon Signing Services, based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. I value the trust you place in me to care for your clients and treat every assignment as an extension of your team’s professionalism and expertise.

As an experienced signing agent, I confidently guide borrowers through their loan documents, helping ensure each signing is accurate, smooth, and completed on time. I am commissioned in Nebraska through 2028 and am well-versed in a wide range of real estate and loan transactions.

• Refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages
• Conventional, FHA, and VA loan packages

It would be my pleasure to represent you and your company at your next closing and to provide your clients with a professional, reliable signing experience.
