Shane Murray

My name is Shane Murray, and I am a commissioned North Dakota Notary Public (Commission #610706, exp. 07/22/2025) proudly serving Grand Forks and the surrounding communities. After a 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force, I transitioned into real estate and now work as a REALTOR with PCSGRANDFORKS LLC.

Although I am new to the notary business, I bring extensive hands-on experience with loan documents, which I handle on an almost daily basis. I am proficient with a wide range of real estate transactions, including conventional, VA, FHA, reverse mortgage, and short sale packages, and I approach every signing with professionalism, accuracy, and respect for your time.

I leverage modern tools to keep signings efficient and on track:

• Laser printer for clear, professional document packages
• Reliable internet & mobile hotspot for flexible, on-the-go service
• Email capability for fast document exchange and confirmation
