Shannon Blatt

I'm Shannon Blatt, a notary public serving Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, Virginia, with 34 years of experience in the title industry. As a licensed title producer and CRESPA-certified notary closer, I handle all types of loans and offer full escrow closings statewide. My company, Title Concepts, provides mobile services—we meet borrowers at their home, our offices, or any convenient public location.

My capabilities include:

• Preparing CDs and HUDs using SoftPro
• Receiving documents via email and web access
• Identity verification (for an added fee)

I'm bonded with a $1 million E&O and cyber policy, and I work closely with local lenders and realtors to ensure smooth transactions. Known for being punctual and professional, I help borrowers feel at ease with their paperwork.
