My name is Shawna Driggers, and I am a Texas Notary Public serving Whitehouse and Smith County, TX. Born and raised in East Texas, I hold a degree in Paralegal Studies and have been commissioned as a Notary Public since 2010 (TX commission #12844584-1, exp. 11/15/2026). I first served the public in Kilgore and have been proudly serving the Whitehouse community since 2011.

My office is located inside the Kelly AC office in Whitehouse, where I have worked with attorneys, title companies, and local residents on a wide range of documents—from handwritten letters and wills to foreign documents. I perform oaths and acknowledgments and always operate strictly within my legal authority as a notary.
