Shelia Hyppolite

I’m Shelia Hyppolite, owner of Dream Closers, LLC, based in Coral Springs, FL. As an NNA certified signing agent and registered remote online notary, I provide professional mobile and remote notary services throughout South Florida with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and a smooth signing experience.

I assist with a wide range of real estate and loan signing needs, including refinances, purchase documents, seller documents, second mortgages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, short sales, and REO transactions. Whether you need a mobile notary to come to a convenient location or prefer remote online notarization, I work to make the process efficient, clear, and well organized.

My goal is to help clients, title professionals, lenders, and signers complete important documents with confidence and care.
