Shelly Dyer

I am Shelly Dyer, a Boise, Idaho notary commissioned in Idaho and Oregon for traditional notarizations, in-person IPEN, and remote online notarization. My Idaho commission is active through June 21, 2031.

I bring a strong background in finance, mortgage, and real estate to every appointment. I have seven years of prior experience managing a finance office for HSBC Bank at Beneficial Finance, and I am the Designated Broker of Indian Creek Realty Inc. I am experienced with loan originating, loan closings, debt management settlements, reverse mortgage applications, and loan packages.

I work to make signers feel comfortable while providing careful, professional service. My capabilities include:
